HEY everyone what a great new Year!!! I pray everyone had a great start to 2011!! This week youth is back up and running so let us start with a time of worship. 7pm at the CFC church in Lanigan will be our pizza and praise night. We are looking for anyone intrested in being involved with this so please let me know asap!!! The following week on the 21st we are heading to Regina for Cities under Fire. I'm looking for people to help drive and also for chaperones as we are staying overnight. The cost of the trip will be 25$ this covers the concert, gas and breakfast in the morning at Mcdonalds. We are sleeping overnight at the church so bring your essentials like sleeping bags. More details on Friday will be given.
The last weekend in January we are calling it BORED ANYONE!!! A time when you can bring your favorite board game and hang out for the evening. Permission trip slips will be handed out this weekend for the trip next Fri. We have to have numbers ASAP so if you know you are coming please let us know ASAP so I can get a slip to you for a parent signature.
The church's verse for 2011 is the following :
"Your Kingdom is an everlasting Kindgdom, and your dominion endures through all generations. The LORD is faithful to all HIS promises and loving toward all he has made." Psalms 145:13
What a great verse let us all remember this verse for the year!!
